Transfer troubleshooting

Read transaction evidence and compare the full cost before your next move.

Two common transfer questions need more than a quick retry: “Why is it still pending?” and “What will this really cost?” This collection starts with the evidence available in a wallet, transaction record or receiving account. It separates a local request from a broadcast transaction, and a network confirmation from a service’s deposit credit.

The fee guide looks at the full route, including the currency used for fees, a provider’s withdrawal charge, any conversion or bridge step, and what the recipient receives. It uses clearly labeled examples to explain the comparison. Those examples are not current prices, and a smaller displayed fee does not by itself make a route suitable.

Use the crypto transfer lifecycle to identify your current stage. Then open the relevant article below, record the transaction reference when one exists, and check the receiving service’s own instructions. If the destination network is different, revisit the route rather than repeatedly submitting the same request.
